The purpose of the 15-minute discovery call is to provide you with an opportunity to ask questions and allow us both to assess goodness-of-fit in potentially working together.
I do not accept insurance, however, I will provide you with a superbill that has the information needed to submit to your insurance should you desire to attempt to submit for partial reimbursement for services provided by an out-of-network dietitian. Before working together, it is advised that you call your insurance to learn what, if any, reimbursement you can expect to receive from your insurance for working with an out-of-network dietitian.
Finally, my licenses allow me to work with individuals via Telehealth in the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, HI, ID, IN, MD, MA, NH, NY, OK, OR, PA, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
If you do not currently reside in one of the above states, I'm unfortunately unable to work with you at this time. However, I'm happy to provide you with referrals to other trusted providers if you send me an email (katesdaleyeats@gmail.com).

DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS WHO DO NOT IDENTIFY AS ATHLETES OR HAVE TRANSITIONED OUT OF SPORT?
Definitely! Although I specialize in working with athletes, I am a registered dietitian with a broad range of training experiences and clientele. A significant percentage of my clients identify as athletes, though, I also see individuals who do not identify as athletes and welcome the opportunity to support people from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
Currently, all services are self-pay, although I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Depending on your out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you for all or a percentage of the cost.
DO YOU PRACTICE IN STATES OTHER THAN CONNECTICUT AND COLORADO?
Yes! I can provide virtual nutrition counseling in the following states:
