Overnight Oats

When you’re looking to mix up your morning oatmeal or prep your breakfast ahead of time, overnight oats are a delicious, satisfying option!


Ingredients:

1/2 C oats

1/4 C plain Greek yogurt

1/4 C unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp maple syrup or honey

Cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1/2 scoop unflavored collagen (optional)

1/2 C frozen blueberries


Toppings: Nut butter, fruit, chia seeds, flaxseeds, etc.


Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a Pyrex or Tupperware container and mix until evenly combined.
