DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

Currently, all services are self-pay, although I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Depending on your out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you for all or a percentage of the cost.

DO YOU PRACTICE IN STATES OTHER THAN CONNECTICUT AND COLORADO?
